Mijntje is a chatbot developed for Dutch journey planner 9292OV. She can help users by planning their journey, whenever they want to travel from point A to point B. Users can request travel information by sending a message to Mijntje through Hyves, iGoogle, Windows Live Messenger and Twitter. The advice she sends, can easily be printed or viewed on a mobile phone. Mijntje can have a normal conversation with her users as well. This is the first chatbot implemented into Twitter (called: a Twitterbot) in the Netherlands.
Chatbot4U brings chatbot technology to the masses
Recently we launched the online service Chatbot4U. Anyone can now create chatbots by following a few simple steps! These chatbots, also known as virtual agents, can be used on websites, in social media and on instant messengers. Chatbot4U offers entertainment for consumers and interesting opportunities for businesses.
